.Harrar
Harrar is one of the main coffee growing regions in Ethiopia. Coffee grown at Harrar has a reputation for producing distinctive wild-varietal Arabica considered to be one of the best coffees in the world. The reputation of Harrar is in its taste- highly regarded for its spicy and an almost wine-like texture and taste.
- Flavour Profile: – Coffee with medium sized beans with greenish – yellow color, Wild berry acidity with a strong, dry edge and full body, and a distinctive Mocha flavor.
- Processing Types: – Natural (Dry Processed)
- Growing Altitude: – Grown at an elevation of 6,150-7,150 feet (1,880-2,180 meters) above sea level. The high altitude is responsible for its sweet taste and delicious aroma.

.Yirga
Yirgacheffe is a coffee region in southern Ethiopia that produces distinctively floral and fruit-toned coffees from traditional varieties of Arabica long grown in the region from wild coffee trees.

Sidamo is one of the most prolific growing regions in Ethiopia, putting out large volumes of consistently great coffee each year.
.Limu
A bit west of the capital, located centrally in Ethiopia, is the Limu region. This variety is also a wet-processed coffee and tends to be in its sharper than other Ethiopian coffees, which some people strongly favour.
.Leke
Lekempti coffee is primarily cultivated in Welega, a province to the west of Addis Ababa, where coffee is mostly grown in forest or semi-forest land and naturally processed. Lekempti coffee is heavier and smoother than other Ethiopian varietals.
